We needed privacy panels at both ends of the pool off our deck, and wanted a solution that complemented all of the other wood used in our yard. Nick listened to our requests, asked all the right questions, and then provided estimates on a couple options for us. He built the pictured panels and they are perfect! I was in dire straits to get a fence erected quickly so that my house sitters could easily let my dogs out while I was on spring break with my family. I needed a fence and a deck floor replaced. I had contacted two other companies before reaching out to Shatkoff Fencing. The previous two companies didn’t seem to be interested in customer service. One never gave me an estimate and the other waited three weeks. During that three weeks I was recommended to contact Nick at Shatkoff Fencing. He answered when I called him, he made an appointment convenient to me, and sent me an estimate within 24 hours of that meeting.

Not only did Nick do an amazing job. He finished early, he came before 8 am and put in 8-10 hours. He worked on a Saturday in the pouring rain to stay on schedule. He didn’t ask for money up front and I didn’t pay until I was satisfied. He answered every question I had. He didn’t treat me like I was an idiot. He explained why he did certain things and got approval from me before he made any alterations. He responded promptly to every text I sent. As much as I loved his work. I genuinely enjoyed dealing with him and being around him. He works hard and is a very responsible and accountable person. You’d be a fool not to contact him and allow him to show all this to you personally.
